The people are great! The company did have promise at one point.

Management has no clue what they are doing. Ever since the business was taken over by Previan, things really went downhill. There is no future for this company. Nobody wants to work here anymore; morale is low, staff aren't treated well and there's no clear direction.

You probably won't face a layoff any time soon. They can't keep up with hiring to stop the flow of people fleeing. That's if they don't go belly up soon.

Would you believe this company was 4.5 stars less than two years ago? Then it was sold and the new owners started swapping leadership. Fast forward to today and of the last 20 reviews 18 are two star or less. Only one response from the "engaged employer" in that time. That should speak volumes in itself.

Pros

The only advocates in this company are the senior managers with stock options in Previan (yes we all know about those) running it into the ground but try to convince us its all going to be ok.

There is such a long list. I feel sorry for anyone who starts with this company. Not like they hire people that do work. Just more managers. It started ok with me but that was before the company was bought out and over time many leadership left. Now its a dumpster fire.

My co-workers are good to work with.

Senior Mgmt (VP and above) are not interested in staff morale or engagement. Focus is on billing every hour to revenue. There is a growing fear to share opinions if they are not in line with sr mgmt.

There are no pros to working here. You're better off literally anywhere else!

management does not listen. They are underqualified and have no idea which direction the company is going. Morale is very low and I haven't encountered a single employee with a positive outlook. Don't waste your time at Dynamic Risk. It's a ship waiting to sink!

Company culture is good, and the people who work here are passionate and really knowledgeable. Compensation was quite good as well.

I didn't have a great experience at Dynamic Risk. My manager and I didn't really see eye to eye and communication of business objectives, goals and duties was extremely poor. I felt quite undermined and what was promised in the onboarding process was never actually executed. Feedback from my manager was often negative and sometimes borderline condescending. Management was not very transparent with company performance and business goals.

Pros

Coworkers are good people. Nothing else you wouldn't get from any other employer.

Cons

Very poor leadership. No career growth opportunities. Company is losing customers and employees. Employee morale is brutally low.
