      Holiday parties, after work social, dress code

      Cons

      Micromanaged by unqualified managers, no support, turnovers, miscommunication between sales and upper management. Lack of pay. Role clarity. Meetings?

      Great comp for respective positions (Customer Service, Installation Management, Sales, IT) Great hours (9-5, no weekends!) Relaxed dress code (jeans and hoodies) 401k match Healthcare contributions (increases the longer you're here) Lots of personal days (increases the longer you're here) Management that listens to ideas from everyone, not just favorites

      Pros

      They give you your own cubical if you're a software engineer.

      Cons

      You will literally have someone sitting behind you while you're coding. The owner of the company will sit behind you and watch you code. The other owner likes to sit and listen in on customer service which is fine. What isn't alright is when he yells at customer service while they're still on the phone with the client.
