Hires mainly from outside of the uk with some British citizens working for them. Poor quality of work to try and cut costs. Poor health and safety practices to cut costs. Managers are kids that do not have a clue about the job that they are doing and are basically stealing a wage. Will not invest in current employees with training or suitable equipment meaning people doing the work dont have the correct training or equipment to do the work. Will argue with clients. Has teams staying in rundown rat infested caravans
