      Totally Awesome fast growing company with Super Smart/Creative Uber Nerds!

      Pros

      Autonomy, Super fun, fast moving, Really cool - smart people, Travel, Very Creative Job. I get to work with clients all over the world in many languages and time zones, I get to meet folks from Universities like Yale, NBC, Sony, AOL, GE, The Carter Center, and Stanford University. I get to travel to all sorts of different cities in Canada and the USA and the best part is I get to be as creative as I can be. I can be me.

      Cons

      Super Busy place to work. Sometimes you really got to be on your game to make sure you do not miss anything, however it is worth it and compensation is great. Not to mention when you love what you do the 'Cons' are really just little bumps you jump over as you launch yourself full force at the things you love.

      remote, sometimes interesting clients, pay is usually fast

      Cons

      Management can not communicate normally and if client doesnt pay they dont pay the contractor which is a little nuts. Below average rates

      Pros

      There are a lot of great Drupal developers on the team and I learn something new with every project I'm on. My project manager is great- she stays on top of everything without bugging us, and she makes sure we're taken care of. John is always willing to listen to feedback and new ideas, and he doesn't micromanage. Having the flexibility that comes with working at home is wonderful, especially with little ones.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and has the usual growing pains. Although I love telecommuting and have been for 3 years, it can sometimes get lonely not working face to face with your team.
