Poor management and broken promises make it a nightmare
Pros
There are no pros. This was the worst job I ever held. These people lie to you promise bonuses and make it so hard to bonus it’s almost impossible. They come up with a lot of super minor stuff and make you feel like the home you built is falling down to get out of paying you bonuses. When they owe you a lot of money they will get rid of you. I didn’t work there a full year and there were around 20 people fired or quit. Run for the hills this place is a joke. The people that do work there long term hate their job but are trapped.
Cons
To many cons to write down. This place is not a good place to work if you need a job. There are so many other places to work. These people use God to make them look good. In my experience the people that use God to promote their business are the shadiest people.
