- friendly and supportive working environment. - true support for the people whom have passion for their work. - people are amazing , the competition is positive and they pushing each other towards there goals without being negative or cynical.
Cons
The management is young!, but i can’t consider it as a con in a fast paced market , because of that you can always find the “two way communication” ; your opinions about company and work will be heard and you will get different positive feedbacks for your work and progress. So it doesn’t really count as a con!

the company environment is amazing, you will feel like literally you're home. the management gives you all the information you need to grow and develop. I liked how they give the employees a chance to do mistakes cause of course we are all humans.
Cons
the environment was too friendly that made me sometime can't focus. away from this there is nothing.
