      The company hires experienced individuals and gives them considerable autonomy to do their jobs and demonstrate initiative.

      Cons

      The company is small, and the work load can sometimes seem heavy, but management works to reward it.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard environment. A lot of flexibility which makes it easier to maintain work-life balance and meet family responsibilities. A smart, fun-loving group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Considering the size of the firm, nothing sticks out as less than satisfactory.

      Pros

      Casual friendly work environment with a sense of autonomy and creativity. Big name clients and opportunity to be involved across many levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Not very professional nor does the company have the business acumen to run a successful organized practice. Fly by the seat of the pants with a number of significant compliance issues looming. Huge liability to staff and clients.
