There are some really nice people, office in the center of Madrid

Worst requirement acknowledge from managers with no realistic planification at all, last minute bugs or even new features that must be developed on extra time, lots of people with huge amount of extra hours done, randomly must go office in COVID times for no cause at all, really unbalanced workload from some employees to others, old technology
