      Great small company with fast growth

      Pros

      Good work environment with challenging but enjoyable work. Top Management really cares about their employees and works with them to help them find a good work/life balance, they expect a lot out of their employees but compensate them for their hard work.

      Cons

      There are some issues inherent to a small company, we can't get the super expensive insurance plan, sometimes employees have to wear many hats to get the job done, losing an employee can disrupt a whole department etc.

      Pros

      No real upside to working for DocAuto.

      Cons

      All of the downside of working for a small company and none of the upside. The owners are cynical, cruel, petty, selfish and small. An anecdote: The CEO has a pet name for a woman founded education services consultancy. He refers to the company Traveling Coaches as 'Traveling Crotches'. My greatest regret from working here is recommending it to respected colleagues. Thankfully they've all escaped this armpit of a company.

      Your review is very upsetting to us and we do not feel that it accurately reflects the environment at DocAuto. Our leadership roles are disproportionately held by women and we are very proud of that. More than 75% of our leadership positions at DocAuto are held by women while our company is only 30% female. We are sorry that your experience at DocAuto was unsatisfactory and we hope that you have found a work environment that makes you happy and in which you can thrive.

      Micromanaged by a workaholic

      Pros

      Some products are pretty decent Employees are great and are open to help Company policy states ability to from home 4 times a month, managers decision only for emergencies. Ability to work with other departments and cross train Late Friday afternoon open bar

      Cons

      Insurance Benefits are lacking, almost double than previous jobs. Make do with technology older than 5 years. Lacking documentation Some products are harder to learn and some features do not function as intended Expected to take time outside of office to learn products Expected to have email on mobile device without compensation No wifi
