Pros

The team is exceptionally talented, professional, and genuinely AI-native. You’re surrounded by people who are passionate about building innovative products and are always willing to share knowledge. The work environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and gives you a lot of ownership. Management is supportive, approachable, and trusts people to make decisions. If you’re looking to develop quickly, work with cutting-edge technologies, and have a real impact, this is an excellent place to be. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and grow professionally.

Cons

The pace is fast, so priorities can change as the company evolves. This is a good environment for people who enjoy dynamic, high-growth companies.

Pros

Good team and interesting production environment

Cons

Payments for my work stopped while I was still asked to continue working, with repeated assurances that everything would be paid. This continued for several months. Later, work was paused with further promises of full payment, but these commitments were not fulfilled. I spent months trying to resolve the situation, but in the end several months of my work remain unpaid.
