Pros
The company has a lot to work, most start-ups do, particularly with team collaboration. However, team is incredibly dedicated and mission-driven, the pay and benefits are great and the work-life balance is unbeatable. It's remote however if you live in an employee hub they may have a work/office space.
Cons
Remote work can be isolating.
