Pros
Excellent work culture, a fast pace, many opportunities to learn and grow, great co-workers, flexibility with schedules and PTO, ability to self manage tasks and organize your time.
Cons
A con for some people might be that employees are expected to drive tasks and meet deliverables with little oversight, and need to be very self-motivated and organized.

Fast-paced, flat management structure and open to any new ideas employees might have as to how to improve the company. Lots of room for growth and many advancement opportunities. The company puts family above everything else. Fun place to work, lots of good and experienced people.
Cons
Due to the firms fast pace, there can be some stressful days.
