      The company's leaders have an autocratic approach to leadership. They want to know everything, keep people on-site to monitor what they're doing—very much old-fashioned. There's little trust in their employees.

      Pros

      Good place to push your limits. You are very encouraged to do so although the rewarding part can be left desired.

      Cons

      No real insentive from the employer to push your own limits, If you do so its at your own expense and you will not really see compensation for it. They do offer paid formation.

      This is a great environment to work. The is incredibly performing. I gained a lot of confidence working here. The team listened to me and management was very open to new solutions. I truly believe this is a great environment to work and I urge you to apply if you are hesitant.
