Exposure to new technologies - I have never worked somewhere with access to as many different technologies as here. it gives the ability to learn about all aspects of IT so you are not restricted to a single technology or area of expertise. Compensation is above what others are offering in the same area for similar roles
Cons
High stress environment - dealing with competing needs of dozens of clients requires organization skills and a strong ability to assess and prioritize based on urgency. Also the company is currently growing so the typical "growing pains" when any company expands
