Good place to start for a graduate as you get to learn the hard way and survive
Cons
Salary is horrible with zero perks. The environment is toxic. Division between managers. Senior people are reluctant to teach the newcomers. Managers do not value or recognise your effort Management is inconsiderate and does not really care about DDA. Policy is to hire graduates and keep them on the same salary for 3 to 4 years
