Good engineering team. They take their time hiring, so most engineers that make it have quite a bit of experience and work at a pretty high level. Focused environment. They care about and promote employee growth and training. Technology is interesting. They also authentically care and promote work/life balance.

Cons

A difficult result of their business model is that there are many projects that seem to pull in different directions, as they try to fill different evolving roles with different customers. This can be a good thing - keeps things interesting - but then also difficult because priorities are constantly shifting and engineers are constantly pulled off their primary projects to put out fires in other areas.
