4 rounds, HR screen, 1 technical, 1 behavioral, 1 more just felt like to chit chat all from members of different teams. Some technical questions asked, but overall pretty simple.

Question 1
Describe a frustrating situation at your previous job and how did you resolve it?
Normal interview process - went through one round with a recruiter and one round with the head of the department before being told that I did not get the position however they "fortunately" had the other candidate accept.
Interviewed with Digimarc two weeks ago. The interview process was long and a waste of time. I had a initial phone call with Recruiter and a second interview with the Director of QA and a QA team member. The second interview was slotted for 45 mins but it went up to 1 hr and 30 mins. I got rejected right away the next morning which tells me they don't have it together. If I wasn't a good fit you should've known within 30 mins of the interview but you decided to go over and waste the candidates time for a role you are paying way below average with minimal benefits.
If I were to make it to the next round it would be a coding challenge (for automation that their current team members have no clue about), another interview with multiple team members, and one more with executive.
If you value your time do not waste your time interviewing with this company they have no idea what they are doing.
