Pros
Nothing is pros in this company. working more but paying less and none of the benefits are available here.
Cons
Variable pay amount is more, every month one paid leave will be credited but if you're applying that they'll tell you to don't take leave, Micromanagement is more they're asking to mandate the clock in your mobile and every 15 mins location is punching in feels like always someone is tracking, No appreciate for your work, timeline is very less, Treatment of employees like slaves.
