Pros

• Exciting and compelling product roadmap • Real possibility for long-term category creation • IPO is a real possibility in the near future • Perks and benefits are very good • Lots of flexibility (both in schedule and in working in-office) • DigiCert is a category leader and could be a great resume builder, especially if the growth goals are realized.

Cons

• Company leadership appears to care very little about employees: The company has started hiring employees' replacements behind their back—laying off the original employee, and having the new one start immediately afterward. These layoffs are not motivated by cutting cost, but by accelerating growth (which was already exceptional). This has become a common practice. • Leadership is not trustworthy: They've explicitly broken promises of rewards and incentives to top performers. See achiever's club trip 2023. • Unfair compensation: Top-performing and underpaid employees' requests for raises are denied. • Culture of egotism: if mistakes are made or projects fail, blame is pinned on a scapegoat and they're terminated. Leadership does not take accountability for mistakes. • Suppressing dissent: When employees express concern about layoffs, they're silenced. Anonymous questions in all-hands meetings were discontinued.

Dear former DigiCert employee, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and addressed all that you believe the company offers – both positive and negative. We appreciate your time and opinion. DigiCert experienced many changes in 2023. There was change and growth as with all companies. But, while leadership is doing its best to position the company for future success, these changes may not be comfortable or welcomed by everyone. The DigiCert People Team makes every effort to speak with and listen to employees about their concerns so that we can address them and make leadership aware of employee sentiments and concerns. Even though you are no longer a part of the company, your feedback is valuable to us, and we invite you to contact a member of the DigiCert People Team to expound upon what you have shared so that we can continue to provide a positive culture that our employees enjoy and frequently hail. Thank you for your time, DigiCert People Team
