      Great work culture and fantastic job to learn entry level support/technical skills.

      Pros

      Great entry level job. Learned lots, The work environment is personal and I would reccommend it to anyone looking to get their foot in the door and grow on technical and customer support skills.

      Cons

      Days can be long but there was always something to do. Customers called in angry here and there, but that is customer support to be fair.

      Pros

      Dialing Innovations is a great company! The team at DI is more like family. We work hard as a team but we enjoy what we do and each others company too. The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees!

      Change is difficult for some team members to grasp but its getting better and better.
