The team is pretty small, hence you have a scope to contribute to multiple projects and teams at the same time. 5. Flexible with timing, there are no restrictions for timely punch-in and punch-out.
Cons
1. As the team is pretty small, sometimes one can be overwhelmed by multiple tasks and multiple responsibilities. 2. Although the workspace is very decent and comfortable. If you are expecting a big and luxurious workspace, you'll be pretty disappointed.
