clear communication of duties and requirements

I worked at Devslopes in a sales role. It is definitely a fast-paced, dynamic, startup-type environment. If you are not a problem solver who is adaptable to constant change then this is definitely NOT the place for you! The sales job in particular has a massive up side as far as income; if you can consistently produce. This is a small company where they sincerely care about their employees. Nathan, the CEO, and Jeremy my sales manager were more than fair and gave me every tool I needed to succeed; unfortunately I was not in the best place in my life & it didn't workout. In any case, I still highly recommend Devslopes if you have the right attitude, skillset, and are offered the opportunity!
