you get to learn so many things as a junior can gain good learning experience and get hands on on multiple languages celebration of every occasions and birthdays

do not have every saturdays off you have to sit late nights untill the deadline is finished no OT not good project management

Cons
Lack of growth in technologies also needs to look at some other technologies. Otherwise, there is no issue.
