      all of the benefits of this company are the individual contributors who are still left and haven't rage quit

      Cons

      toxic culture straight out of the boiler room. all they care about is dials for enterprise reps, no care about what you close or how well you can sell. Rude, aggressive, and not a team environment. If you want to work at Oracle in the 90s, join here.

      Product is solid. Dynamic data center infrastructure topology mapping is valuable and highly relevant to data center transformations.

      Cons

      Not a con really. Just an area of on-going improvement: Moving "up the stack" in value requires increased reliance and collaboration with channel partners vs. direct sell.

      Good benefits, unlimited PTO, decent salary

      The executive leadership at Device42 is a complete joke. There is zero mentorship and training. Emotional outbursts are the norm for this leadership group. They love pointing the finger but struggle to be self-aware enough to pivot and fix problems they created. This company is going down the drain and it is due to very poor leadership and childish and immature tactics to "scare" their staff.
