The worst company

Pros

Nothing to add for pros.

Cons

Aggressive micromanagement, managers don't know how to sell, toxic environment, waste of employee's time, extremely long and useless meetings, low salaries, ask for more sales but are closed to paying more, cap on bonus. A lot of good reviews were asked to be written by the management after a bad review was posted.

Pros

There are some dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work and support each other. The potential for professional growth exists if you can navigate the challenging environment.

Cons

Sales goals have been raised by 20% annually for the last four years without any salary adjustments since 2019. The company is struggling financially (especially after USAID cuts), leading to a toxic work environment where air conditioning is turned off in summer and heating is inadequate in winter. Basic amenities like snacks and fruit have been eliminated to cut costs. There is no respect for anyone’s private life; employees are expected to schedule meetings with clients across all time zones 24/7, and local managers do not allow employees to have personal time during nights or weekends. Additionally, middle management lacks professionalism and essential leadership skills, resulting in excessive micromanagement and monitoring of employees, including their private social media accounts.
