Pros

Somewhat good technology. If they get it to work properly.

Cons

CEO and COO. They got rid of all the Medical Affairs department and a non medical degreed CEO is making and giving MA advice now.

Pros

The mission and technology are compelling, and many employees are genuinely committed to improving patient care. There is enthusiasm around the potential impact if core issues can be resolved.

Cons

There are persistent and well known manufacturing and quality control problems that create major disruptions across the company. Devices frequently require rework or do not perform consistently, which causes delays and affects confidence in reliability. Internal communication around these issues is often limited, leaving teams unsure about the true status of production or readiness. Leadership oversight can feel heavy at times, and the constant operational instability makes it difficult to maintain trust, morale, or long term planning.
