      No proper on board procedures No career growth At one stage you feeling like stop in career No appreciation Not like new ideas Not properly work management Not Good team culture Not diversifying culture Racism and favouritism They always want money No proper training given for the job they want to done day to day work Not proper staff, sometime you do office work No benefit Very traditional mindset
