Looking to tackle some big problems in the market, lots of opportunity to make a quick impact with customers. Free lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Company leaders don't let employees do their jobs. Unparalleled micromanagement and alarming employee turnover rates. Everything built half-way and then onto the next project, leading to constant firefighting.

Employees are nice, product has a lot of potential, really cool platform with really good engineers who get things done quickly, great customers.

Cons

Top leadership constantly changes, direction of company always changing. Chases the shiny objects of the moment instead of staying the course.

The product is decent and will get results… if it’s not frozen loading

Cons

Crowded space and outshined by industry peers who can do it better for cheaper. Nice but not kind management. A few stories: Had a bowling event where the then CEO spoke and pumped everyone one up, said it would be the best year ever, proceeds to leave the company and mass layoffs ensue. Hired a bunch of out-of-college kids with tons of potential, who had options, keeps them on for like 8 weeks and then laid off half of them. And to top it off, the head of HR posts on Monday how serious they take Suicide and Suicide Prevention, and on Thursday proceed to have another mass layoff. Tone Deaf? If you enjoy paying your mortgage/rent and hate job security, look no further!!!
