Joining the company is a good starting internship for people who are just on their journey, as paid a low salary but they will get in touch with technology
Cons
1- the company does not have an orientation or clear vision. 2- Unprofessional environment 3- Paid less than average 4- expected more to deliver while company services are cheap 5- Although the company found 12 years ago, it still struggling to find a good revenue stream, this is because the company didn't have a clear vision! 6- The company's manager forgets what he assigns to the employee to do! so when the employee is done with his task, the manager comes again and changes his mind, at the end, the effort and time are wasted for both.

The company was fun and a relaxing place to work at. Small and tight team, so you always felt that what you worked on really mattered for everyone. Everyone in the company had a chance to say
Cons
Lack of talent and good long-term plans: 1) The company was not able to attract and keep enough experienced and talented developers. 2) Maybe because of the above, the company was never able to fully invest on more polished products. Many essential intended features had to be cut. 3) Investors' lack of will to risk money into the company played a major role. Funding was always limited, and the company was always shorthanded on employees.
