      Instead of a holiday party, they give $100.00 A/E gift cards.

      Cons

      Once you have signed their contract, they will do nothing for you. They push back when you request a raise. They will not back you if you experience difficulties at the workplace.

      Their administrative person (benefits and other questions) is very helpful.

      Cons

      Once they find you a place they never reach out to you to see how things are going. Any type of advancement / change is for the employee to request and they won't assist.
