- Management is unprofessional, often clueless about their own product and oblivious to the requests they themselves make. - A lot of performative "this company is like a family" catchphrases, but in fact, everyone is bad-mouthing everyone and pinning blame on others whenever something goes wrong. Zero accountability from the people in charge. - Goals not clearly outlined and zero feedback (positive or negative) - Expectations are constantly shifting with little reasoning provided - Suppliers, freelancers and actors are treated badly and often ghosted. - Really cold office environment
