Pros

Decent pay and it’s a great place to start your career in tech.

Cons

It’s more of a call center job. You’re expected to do high level sales but you’re under supported and at times micro managed.

Pros

Remote if you're out of LA. Can make money early. Managers care for your success

Cons

Management changed, goals skyrocketed after big price increases, about a dozen negative modifiers (-5%) that stack. Pay program kicks you when youre down. Have to track all your commissions on Excel, and need screenshots on targets they track to argue to get paid on products sold. Massive clawback window and many IT changes creating bugs
