      Interesting product doing good things in the market

      Cons

      Every bad review is true. This is the most toxic place. Bad behavior is consistently rewarded by management. Managers do not have employees backs, everyone is out for themselves. There is no room for growth - people are not promoted, maybe shuffled around but not given any title changes or salary raises. People scream in the office, reprimand people in the open space, and often belittle people. People are miserable, churn is high, and no one is happy to be working there.

      The tech stack was fine. Infrastructure was already set up when I arrived.

      - Strong, reliable work was consistently met with silence and no acknowledgment of effort. - Employees were pushed immediately onto the next task without even basic recognition for completed work. - Contributions were ignored, and credit was sometimes taken by management during meetings. - Individual impact felt erased, with work treated as if it had no visible value or importance. - The lack of recognition led to demoralization and emotional detachment over time. - By mid tenure, work became mechanical and disengaged due to complete absence of appreciation or feedback.
