I applied online. I interviewed at DealHub (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted for a short phone screening and later given an assignment designed to evaluate how candidates translate business expectations into technical solutions on the platform. While no one enjoys being rejected for a role, I genuinely appreciated the professionalism of the entire process. Yarden from HR was always available to answer questions about the assignment and was consistently supportive and responsive throughout.
What stood out most was how respectfully the process was handled. When I didn’t move forward, they didn’t just send an email they actually called. Yarden thanked me for the time and effort I put into the assignment and took the time to speak with me, which made the experience much more human.
Although I wasn’t selected, the way the team handled the process left a very positive impression. Based on my experience, it seems like a thoughtful and professional organization, and I would absolutely recommend that anyone with the right background consider applying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was contacted for a short phone screening, then sent an assignment, the assignment is to test how you can turn business expectations into technical tools for the customer on the platform.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DealHub (Holon) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and transparent. It included an initial HR conversation, a discussion with the sales leadership team. Expectations around performance, compensation, and progression were communicated clearly throughout the process.
Unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time.
- After an HR call + Zoom interview with the hiring manager, I was invited for in-person interviews, one with the same manager (?), and two with team members (one of whom had just joined the team). Neither were decision-makers. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Meetings also ran longer than scheduled.
- No home assignment was given, it wasn’t part of the process. Also shows unprofessionalism.
- After investing time in the process, and after a delay in getting back to me, I received an email saying the role had changed. No phone call, no proper explanation, just a lack of respect for a candidate's time and effort.
