Pros
Very transparent agency; New ED is very open and straightforward Lots of investment in reducing staff turnover with high salaries, flexible/hybrid work & lots of employee benefits. Very social justice forward, big on anti-oppressive values. Small agency so lots of communication with upper management- they are very available. Ability to get to know everyone. Agency has invested in staff resulted in big drop off of turnover.
Cons
Old ED was very toxic and there is some leftover distrust from her reign but it’s getting better with new staff. Frontline staff are often solicited for feedback but not always listened to.
