Pretty relaxed, some good people working there.

Cons

Low pay, no HR department, very disorganized upper management. Roles not well defined. No transparency about how your roles and compensation compare to other silos within the company. No advancement path for developers (they don't have junior, senior, etc.; everyone is just a software developer)
