      Lovely people, restructuring and layoffs were a downside

      Lovely people, really enjoyed the teams I worked with

      Cons

      Restructuring leading to a lot layoffs. Due to this my role stagnated rather quickly and led to eventual redundancy. This may have changed since I departed a few years ago so it may not be a fair reflection now.

      Pros

      There is nothing I'd recommend about Datalex, it is the worst place I have ever worked and intend leaving soon.

      Cons

      Awful people in senior positions, everyone has a director title although mostly completely incompetent. The treatment of staff and customers is simply vile.
