Pros
1. You are in charge of your project from the first day. 2. You will learn faster by doing the project. The learning opportunity is high. 3. Dr. Kalpit and the team is very supportive. 4. as it's a startup, so you have to wear multiple hats.
Cons
1. No work/life balance. 2. Sometimes you have to be a data annotator, Doesn't matter what you do. 3. There is no HR. 4. No micro team and management is there.

It's a good company. Co-workers help each other and the CEO of this company closely deal with developers and help them overcome any problems they are facing in their projects. As a fresher, if you want to learn and grow. This is the best place for you.
Cons
Work-life balance is kinda bad. If coding is your passion and life must join Datakalp. If you want to enjoy your life then don't join.
