If you good in speak with manager and owner you will be favorite for him. Any thing except Money, respect and experience you will talk

No experience. No respect in conversation. No respect when you want to leave. Your opinion not important they will not care about it. You may be eat breakfast in your office. Work hours is 9 not 8. No money salary less than any other very small company. No sutible office your body will suffer and will visit doctor as soon as you join. Very very bad chair your backbone will pain soon. No drinks like tea or coffee or sugar if you want buy it by your money. No medical . your screen PC is record and camera everyplace in company. In contract your small salary not append because of social insurance but will add small Money. In contract condition with money if you will leave. May be free you with no any reason. If they free you they will not give you reason. If you will join and God give you strength and you still can't find any other offer your increase in contract for new years will be few pound for your tea.
