      Pros

      Clean toilet and nice atmosphere

      Cons

      1. Lack of collaboration among team more like a top-down workplace 2. Very low compensations and benefits especially insurance and traveling expenses 3. Strict time attendance, not flexible at all 4. Products are very hard to sell and not competitive with low quality, so make sure if you are going to apply for account manager position. 5. Very conservative organization like Chinese company 30 years ago.

      Pros

      Good Place to Learn, and you Learn a lot here: Because of the diversity of people, groups, clique:: if you know the right people: you can go far.

      Cons

      1. lots of politics - if you can't live with it, this can be a wrong place for you. 2. lot of "In Group" and "Out Groups"; wrong place / wrong time can get you in trouble quickly ... and that could mean your career. 3. Advancement can be hard because of the group and salary levels are also going with it: sometimes you will get more works and titles, but salary doesn't come with it. 4. No work/life Balance:
