      Pros

      Office friendly environment, multinational company, literally. AL is easily recommended provided with strong reason. Work life balance is good. Able to involved with projects. Self learning environment. Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.

      Cons

      Once employee is granted full time job which is after 12 month of working, then AL will be 14. Else either MC or salary deduction. If one is looking for monetary gain, this is not the place. Bonuses are nonexistence. Salary increment is like a pipe-dream. EPF contributions usually being done once every 3 months. Turnover employment is high. 2-3 got lay-off and 3-4 resigned.

      - Only the sales team look chill, the rest work in pressure-cooker, and they cook others too

      Cons

      - Too much micromanagement - no enough chairs to seat - too small office - no work life balance - work on many things at a time
