      Great coworkers. Can't think of anything else really.

      Cons

      Incredibly poor management. Worst software I've ever come across (and I've seen some nasty stuff). Ancient, outdated architecture which is slowly being replaced by mildly old, outdated architecture littered with anti-patterns. It really is a miracle that they are able to function at all.

      Pros

      They pay you, and you get to meet new people almost every week(because of the really high turnover of employees). Some how they keep landing new clients so they will probably not go under any time soon. The employees are really the only thing this company has going for them, most of the people here are great and nice to work with.

      Cons

      Where to start... The CEO is so old and out of touch with technology she should retire, or she may drag the company down with lack of innovation. They are extremely cheap. They will not invest in new new equipment to try and offer to our customers, or even in proper development equipment to improve what we have. They make the employees clean the kitchen/break room area. There is virtually no parking in the parking lot and all the lots in the surrounding areas will tow your car if you park in them. All the programs here were written in the late 80's early 90's and some of the computers here are still in use from that time.
