- You can leave whenever you feel like it to end your employment - Strict zero OT

Cons

- TERRIBLE work culture - Upper management out of office most of the time - Racist and sexist owners - No help with training - No opportunity for growth - Wage imbalance, getting paid less than my peers for the same work and similar experience - Upper management never checks in with employees - Any semblance of worker unity is brought down and people get fired

basically the title. Don't trust anyone in a middle management position who says they'll go to bat for you because upper management won't listen to them.
