Pros

They pay you, and you get to meet new people almost every week(because of the really high turnover of employees). Some how they keep landing new clients so they will probably not go under any time soon. The employees are really the only thing this company has going for them, most of the people here are great and nice to work with.

Cons

Where to start... The CEO is so old and out of touch with technology she should retire, or she may drag the company down with lack of innovation. They are extremely cheap. They will not invest in new new equipment to try and offer to our customers, or even in proper development equipment to improve what we have. They make the employees clean the kitchen/break room area. There is virtually no parking in the parking lot and all the lots in the surrounding areas will tow your car if you park in them. All the programs here were written in the late 80's early 90's and some of the computers here are still in use from that time.

Pros

- You can leave whenever you feel like it to end your employment - Strict zero OT

Cons

- TERRIBLE work culture - Upper management out of office most of the time - Racist and sexist owners - No help with training - No opportunity for growth - Wage imbalance, getting paid less than my peers for the same work and similar experience - Upper management never checks in with employees - Any semblance of worker unity is brought down and people get fired
