Pros

There isn't a single reason to work for the company

Cons

1) Salaries will be delayed even for months together - even for 3 to 4 months in a stretch. If asked for reasons , they say excuses lame excuses like "Despite our tiring efforts to credit the salary, we were not able to do it this month. Appreciating you kind understanding " 2) Minimum of 18 hours work guaranteed per day 3) Saturday is by default a working day 4) Project Managers(Slaves of Management) will torture you to work, even on Sundays. They are the technically poorest fellows in the office. 5) Even on important festival months , the salary wont be credited. You will have to borrow from your friends 6) Joining this company is like going on exile. Divorce your family before joining. 7) Any day if you login after 9 AM, Even if you are late for a single minute, salary will be cut for that day 8) It is always a Master Slave work environment 9) Notice period is 3 months. Even after 3 months also, they will hold you back saying foolish reasons and finally you will end up loosing the new offer. This has happened to almost 90 percent of the people who had worked 10) People who are working there are almost like they are in a trap. They are not able to come out of the company due to Management politics.If at all you want come out, they will not give you the relieving letter. 11) For Freshers, I say from bottom of my heart, there are hell a lot of other core companies, who respect employees. Wait patiently for the opportunities.Dont screw up your life by joining here. It is better to be Beggar than to be an Employee here.Atleast you will get paid for what you have begged for.

Pros

Huge responsibilities even with the freshers. So u may get a chance to learn things in a short time.

Cons

Inefficient management Intolerable HR policies Waste food Employees are treated as slaves... 😢 Zero work life balance No sufficient test benches.. still u have to find a small place to test ur modules. But the worst part is , you will be blamed if the deadlines are not met. Management does not care about employees feelings/request... Unfair compensation for employees with less than 3 years experience.

Pros

1) If u are a self learner and tech enthusiast then it is a good place to learn things(Have to sacrifice 3 years by signing bond with mere 15k salary for 3 years). 2) If u dont have a job in hand then join (That too if u dont have any commitment for 3 years). 3) As a fresher you will have lot of things to know since most of the graudates are not industrial ready. 4) After Bond period companies like Bosch,HCL,Tessolve, Aricent are willing to hire datapatterns employees.

Cons

1) Worst HR policy 2) No Increment or Appraisal (purely management decision) 3) Lot of internal politics and Technically incapable project managers. (Managers will work like postmasters and reflect to MD as if they did the job) 4) No work life balance and tremendous pressure. 5) Forget about Bonus, perks etc. 6) No culturals,sports events only work. 7) They promise to provide good increments if u wish to resign but its just a word and no one would get it.
