Very young and international environment, super well-located office in Amsterdam (near Central Station), many projects with big name clients giving us real-world work experience and in my department the supervisors are very sharp and focused. There’s also free food and beer for anyone to grab anytime (+ twice a week there is a special lunch for everyone and every friday there are snacks and drinks). It’s almost impossible not to warm up to the workmates. It goes without saying there are many challenges to tackle but, in my experience, anytime I’m struggling with something (deadlines, for example) I can come to upper management and they always provide me with guidance.
