      Fun, friendly team who genuinely love what they do Strong sense of purpose, everyone’s there because they care about dogs and customer experience Lots of variety day-to-day, especially if you like working across different areas Leadership team is approachable and open to feedback Opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of projects Very supportive CEO/senior management The dogs!

      Building your own community through the dogs and their owners (when you are not being psychologically harmed)

      Cons

      There is a reason Dogue Balmain is always hiring. Constantly subjected to inappropriate comments and behaviour, aggressive remarks about other staff, customers, and their dogs. There is no line between personal/business. Avoid at all costs unless you like being bullied in a gross, toxic environment.
