      - Regular salary increments - Flexible working hours - Hybrid work model - Some colleagues are friendly and willing to help if they have the time.

      Cons

      - Chaotic management (office politics, lack of SOPs) - Overcommitting to customer requests beyond our scope - Excessive micromanagement by superiors - I was often sent to troubleshoot products I had no knowledge about, leading to frustration for both me and customers. - The expectation to handle tasks beyond my expertise was demoralizing and unproductive. - Late nights and weekends were frequently expected, impacting any semblance of work-life balance.

      Flexibility, company willing to spend money for employee skillset enhancement and many big scale projects for clients from Banking, Insurance, Telco and Oil and Gas.

      Cons

      Lack of governance, no proper SOP to the employees. Even there is many big scale projects but lack of information such as lesson learned, standard documentation.
