      Pros

      I can't really say anything positive about DMI. I would avoid this company unless you are extremely desperate for a job.

      Cons

      Company will consistently low ball you on salary. Even trying to play the counter offer game they will try to low ball you compared to your counter offer. Management has an attitude that they don't have to compete on compensation for talent. There seems to be a mentality of you should be glad we're giving you a job.

      They have decent health benefits

      Very poor leadership Leadership does not follow the values that DMI advertises Leadership lied to employees (Says they will get a raise and 6 month later, still no raise) Leadership spends astronomical amount of money on consultants with little results but won't even consider giving employees a raise when asking them to take on additional responsabilities. Hired $500k worth of management to add to existing product just to slow down the team by 80%.
