Pros

The team was amazing, everyone is extremely hard-working and creative. As it's a very small brand, interns get loads of opportunities and experience they would never get anywhere else. The company provides healthy and delicious lunch every day (which the interns cook, taking turns)

Cons

Damur only employs young interns working for free (doing placement year at university or Erasmus), therefore the team keeps changing all the time. The company is pure chaos in every way: lack of structure, no brand identity, misidentification of target audience, close to zero sales, the list goes on. The CEO/Creative Director of the brand does not fulfill any of his roles; he makes the worst business decisions and hasn't designed anything for about 5 years. He seriously causes more harm leading the company than letting all the inexperienced interns do it all by themselves. Working with him is stressful and frustrating, and on top of everything, he's racist, sexist and blatantly ignorant.
